In-app vs marketing site

• Using the application (app.sitehut.app) is governed by product terms and the privacy policy.
• Browsing sitehut.app without an account is covered by marketing terms and cookies where applicable.

Workspace customers are usually the data controller for project data entered into SiteHut. SiteHut acts as processor for that workspace data and as controller for account, billing, and operational data. See the privacy policy for detail.
