Jobs Overview
Jobs are the heart of your workflow. Each job collects tasks, files, finances, and contacts in one place.
What you can do
- Create or edit a job, development, or plot under a scheme
- Attach a customer
- Track status and dates
- Open Finances for quotes and invoices
- Add tasks and schedule work
- Run Construction (site diary and snagging) on plot and standalone jobs
Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Planning |
| Active | In progress |
| On hold | Paused |
| Completed | Done |
| Cancelled | Closed without delivery |
Common actions
- Press N on the Jobs list to create a new job
- Click a job to open details
- Use the Finances tab for quotes, variations, and invoices
