SiteHut is for UK and US small construction teams and housebuilders. You can run jobs end to end. Some areas are limited on purpose, or still need a manual step in Xero / QuickBooks or with your accountant.

Included now

• Workspaces, standalone jobs, tasks (list, calendar, Gantt)
• Directory (customers and partners) and Library resources (including supplier rates)
• Quotes (with resource price build-up), simple variations, Final Account, invoices, bills and expenses
• Site diary, snagging, RFIs, files, roles, and job invitations
• Workspace Finances (including payables and cash flow views)
• Optional modules: sales pipeline, procurement (order requests and purchase orders), timesheets
• Optional Stripe Connect card payments on client invoices
• Optional Xero sync (manual or automatic, per workspace)
• Calendar ICS export and webcal:// subscription for external calendar apps
• Workspace export from Settings (JSON, PDFs, and files)
• Responsive web app and PWA (add to home screen). No native App Store or Play Store apps yet.

Two-way Google or Outlook calendar	No live two-way sync. Use ICS export or a webcal:// feed.
Statutory accounting in SiteHut	Quotes, invoices, and bills are the operational record. Year-end, CIS filing, and VAT returns stay with your accountant and Xero (or similar).
Xero CIS, retention, DRC	Lines sync with commercially sensible totals. Check specialist tax treatment in Xero before you file.
Direct HMRC CIS submission	Not part of the default launch path. See Xero.
Job cost reporting	Operational budget vs actuals on the job. SiteHut is not the statutory ledger; year-end still sits with your accountant and Xero.
Support SLA	Best-effort support at support@sitehut.app until a published SLA is in place.

Billing

• Subscription billing uses Paddle when live billing is on for your environment.
• First workspace: 30-day trial with no payment details. Extra owned workspaces require checkout.

What you should still check by hand

Warning

Before you send a quote or invoice to a client, or use figures in an HMRC-related workflow, check totals, VAT or DRC labels, retention, and CIS deductions on the PDF or public page.
