Beta limitations
SiteHut is in private beta for UK housebuilders and small construction teams. The product is usable end-to-end, but some areas are intentionally limited or require manual steps.
Included in beta
- Workspaces, projects, tasks (list, calendar, Gantt)
- Directory (customers, partners), library / costing library
- Quotes, estimates, variations, invoices, expenses
- Site diary, snagging register, developments (multi-plot schemes), files, RBAC and project invitations
- Workspace P&L summary (Finances)
- Optional Stripe Connect card payments on client invoices
- Optional Xero accounting sync (per workspace, manual or automatic)
- Calendar ICS export and subscription feed (external calendar apps)
Not included (or limited)

| Workspace-wide data export | Personal export is in Account settings → Privacy. Bulk export of all jobs/files for a company is not self-serve yet—contact support. |

Billing
- SaaS subscription billing uses Paddle when live billing is enabled on your environment.
- Early-access signup may be gated by invite code until public launch.
