Account Settings

Account settings apply to you as a person across every workspace. Company letterhead, subscription, and team members live under Workspace settings.

Profile​

Update your name, avatar, and how you appear to teammates. Changes follow you into every workspace.

Notifications​

Control in-app, email, and push notifications per category. Invites and approvals that need your response always appear in-app.

Security​

  • Password — change your login password.
  • Active sessions — see browsers and devices signed in; revoke sessions you do not recognise.

Personal API keys​

If enabled for your account, create user-scoped API keys for scripts that act as you. Store secrets safely and rotate if leaked.

Workspace keys for integrations live under Integrations—different scope and permissions.

Preferences​

Language, time zone, and formats affecting how you see dates and numbers—align with your device when working across regions.

Privacy & analytics​

Under Privacy & analytics you can:

  • Toggle optional product analytics (PostHog), stored on this device until you change it.
  • Download your account data — JSON with profile, memberships, project access, API key metadata (not secrets), and recent sessions. This is a personal GDPR-style export, not a full workspace business export.
