Workspace Settings

Workspace settings configure this workspace only (one company or team). Go to Settings from the app menu, or open /workspaces/<your-workspace>/settings (the sidebar shows every section you are allowed to see). Most sensitive sections require an admin or a role with the matching permission.

Use the section switcher on mobile or the left nav on desktop. The URL includes ?section=... so you can bookmark a tab.

DetailsWorkspace name, branding colour, logo, address, country, tax ID, and related company fields. Includes dangerous actions like leaving or deleting the workspace where policy allows.
PreferencesWorkspace defaults: language, timezone, date/time formats, working days, and optional apply country defaults to stamp regional norms.
Plan & SubscriptionBilling, plan tier, seats or usage. See Plan & Subscription.
UsersInvite members, pending invitations, and seat usage.
RolesCustom roles and permission bundles (alongside built-in roles). See Roles & permissions.
Quotes & InvoicesDefault terms, numbering, bank and tax lines for PDFs.
LibraryDefaults for price book and library behaviour. Links to Library concepts.
Job statusesConfigure statuses shown on jobs.
Task typesTask taxonomy and options used across tasks and Gantt.
FilesFile tags and organisation rules for uploads.
IntegrationsWorkspace API keys and scopes. See Integrations.
WorkflowsExpense approval and lock approved expenses. See Workflow settings.
SecuritySession and workspace security options (for example inactivity rules where available).

Sections you do not see are hidden by your role.

Saving changes

Some tabs show an explicit Save bar when you edit workspace fields—save before leaving if you see unsaved changes.

Who can change what

  • Billing and subscription: usually billing-capable admins.
  • Users and roles: admins or people with user-management rights.
  • Integrations: admins or integration managers.
