Workspace Settings
Workspace settings configure this workspace only (one company or team). Open Settings from the app menu. The URL uses ?section=... so you can bookmark a tab.
Section map

| Details | Workspace name, branding colour, logo, address, country, tax ID, and related company fields. Includes leave/delete workspace where policy allows. |
| Preferences | Language, timezone, date/time formats, working days, optional apply country defaults. |
| Plan & Subscription | Billing, plan tier, seats. See Plan & Subscription. |
| Users | Invite members, pending invitations, seat usage. |
| Roles | Custom roles and permission bundles. See Roles & permissions. |
| Quotes & Invoices | Default terms, numbering, bank and tax lines for PDFs; variation register and estimating defaults for new jobs. |
| Library | Costing library and library defaults. See Library. |
| Job statuses | Statuses shown on the jobs list. |
| Task types | Task taxonomy used across list, Gantt, and calendar. |
| Files | File tags and organisation rules for uploads. |
| Integrations | API keys, Xero, Stripe Connect. See Integrations. |
| Workflows | Expense approval and lock rules. See Workflow settings. |
| Security | Session and workspace security options where available. |
Saving changes
Some tabs show an explicit Save bar when you edit workspace fields—save before leaving if you see unsaved changes.
Who can change what
- Billing and subscription — billing-capable admins.
- Users and roles — admins or members with user-management rights.
- Integrations — admins or integration managers.
