Plan & Subscription
Settings → Workspace settings → Plan & Subscription (sometimes labelled Billing) is where billing-capable admins manage the SiteHut subscription for this workspace.
What you manage here

Exact labels and prices follow the in-app screen, which is always authoritative for your account.
Changing plan or add-ons
Open Plan & Subscription
Go to Settings → Workspace settings → Plan & Subscription.
Choose upgrade or add-ons
Use in-app controls to move to Team, add seats, or buy storage packs. Checkout runs through Paddle.
Confirm in the app
After payment, refresh the page if seat counts do not update immediately. The workspace should reflect new limits within a short delay.
Trials and grace periods
If the workspace is on a trial or grace state, banners on this screen explain when access ends and what happens next. Resolve payment before the grace window closes to avoid interrupted access for the team.
Checkout problems
If payment fails, check with your card issuer and retry. Email support@sitehut.app with your workspace name and the error message if the issue persists.
Early access
During private beta, signup may require an invite code until public launch. Billing features on this page still describe how production workspaces will behave once live billing is enabled on your environment.
