Plan & Subscription
Open Settings → Workspace settings → Plan & Subscription (sometimes labelled Billing in the nav). Only admins or members with billing access can change the plan; everyone else may see a read-only view or nothing at all.
What you typically manage here
- Current plan — tier, limits, and what is included
- Payment method — card or provider the workspace bills to (handled via our payment partner in the live app)
- Seats or usage — how many active users or storage you use, depending on your plan
- Invoices & receipts — download past invoices where the UI exposes them
Exact labels and fields follow the in-app screen, which is always the source of truth for your account.
Changing plan
Use the upgrade or change-plan controls in the app if you need more capacity. If something fails at checkout, check with your card issuer and try again; contact support@sitehut.app with your workspace name if the problem persists.
Trials and grace periods
If your workspace is on a trial or grace state, the subscription page usually explains when it ends and what happens next—read the banners on that screen.
