Account & access

Why can’t I invite someone?
Only Admins can invite users. Ask a workspace admin to invite the person, or to change your role if you should be able to invite.

I joined via a link but I see the wrong workspace
Use the workspace switcher in the app header. Your admin can also confirm which workspaces your account belongs to.

Dates & time

Why do dates or times look wrong?
Check your browser and OS time zone, and Account Settings in the app for any personal time preferences.

PDFs & branding

Logo looks blurry on quotes or invoices
Upload a PNG around 600px wide (or higher for retina) in workspace company settings. Avoid tiny logos scaled up.

Wrong company name or address on PDFs
Update Settings → Workspace Settings → Company (or your workspace’s equivalent). Regenerate or resend the document after saving.

Billing & plan

Who can change subscription or billing?
Usually workspace Admins. If you use a managed plan, contact your admin before changing payment details.

Tasks & jobs

I don’t see a job or tab I expect
Your role may be read-only or limited. Ask an admin to confirm permissions for jobs, finances, or directory.

Integrations & API

Where do I get an API key?
Workspace or account API keys are created under workspace/user settings where Integrations or API keys are enabled for your role. See the API overview for authentication and headers.
