Templates hold reusable quote layouts and line structures so every estimate looks professional and matches how your team prices work.

Open Library

Go to Library and switch to Templates (or Quote layouts, depending on labelling in your workspace).

Create or duplicate

Start from a blank layout or duplicate an existing template, then edit sections and default wording.

Use on a new quote

When creating a quote on a job, pick the template in the quote creation dialog—see Quotes.

Note

Editing templates may require library or quotes write permissions. If Templates is missing, ask an admin to check Workspace settings → Library and your role.

Workspace admins can also install starter packs from the catalog import where your environment offers UK contractor layouts.
