Jobs
Jobs is the list of sites you run. Each job (or plot) holds the plan, construction records, activity, files, and Job finances for that site.

When this area is the right place
Use Jobs when you are opening a site, changing status, or working the full job record.
Use My Work for today's tasks and on-site quick actions. Use Pipeline for enquiries that are not jobs yet.
Job types

What is on a job
Open a plot or standalone job. Primary tabs:

A development (coming soon) is a scheme record. Launch with standalone jobs.
Statuses
Built-in statuses (workspaces can add custom labels that map to these):

Custom labels live under Settings → Job statuses.
Common actions
- Add job. See Create a job.
- Search, then filter Active / Archived / All. Sort by name, recently added, value, or deadline.
- Group by client or job type. Grouping by development is coming soon.
- Star a job to pin it in the sidebar and as a My Work target.
- Archive a finished job. Restore it from the Archived filter.
Overview sub-tabs, Kanban, and permissions
On Overview:
- Job summary: commercial position and what needs attention.
- Details: address, dates, contract setup, change order register, estimating, and US commercial fields (sales tax, retainage, lien waivers).
- Client Updates: client-facing progress notes when your role can see reporting.
- Team: job members and invitations. Workspace roles are the default; a job role can override them. See Roles.
Some workspaces also have a Kanban on the Jobs list. It follows the same statuses. It is hidden for archived jobs and for roles that cannot use it.
Tabs you cannot see are a permission or feature-flag gap, not a missing product. Construction sub-tabs appear only when that module is on and your role can read it.
