Note

The workspace customer (the organization that buys or administers the workspace) is usually the controller of project data entered into SiteHut. SiteHut is processor for that workspace data, and controller for its own account, billing, security, and operational data. Detail: privacy policy and DPA.

What done looks like

• You opened the live privacy policy and product terms, not only this page.
• You know the marketing site and the app have separate terms.
• For a personal JSON export you use Account settings → Privacy & Analytics, not this section.

Common mistakes

• Quoting this guide instead of the dated page on sitehut.app.
• Asking SiteHut support for a client's personal data when that data sits in your workspace. The workspace customer is usually the controller. See Privacy.
• Looking for a public open-source license. SiteHut is proprietary. See Licensing.
