SiteHut is proprietary software operated by Teccolli B.V. (trading as SiteHut). Use of the application is governed by the product terms, not an open-source licence.

When this area is the right place​

Use this page when procurement asks whether SiteHut is open source, or who owns data you type in.

Do not use it as a licence grant. That text is in the product terms.

SiteHut application​

  • You receive a right to use the service under your subscription and the product terms.
  • Restrictions (including what you may copy or reverse-engineer) are in those terms, not in this guide.
  • You retain ownership of raw text, notes, photographs, and pricing figures you upload or enter. SiteHut retains the application, including source code, architecture, and generated document formats. Detail: product terms.

Third-party components​

SiteHut uses open-source libraries and commercial services (hosting, analytics, payments, accounting connectors, and similar). Those components remain under their own licences and terms.

Who processes data for the service: subprocessors.

  • You have not treated this page as a substitute for those terms.

Common mistakes​

  • Assuming SiteHut is MIT/Apache licensed because the docs are public.
  • Copying quote PDF layout or generated formats to run a competing tool. The product terms cover that.
