This beta update improves the path from supplier pricing and enquiries through to estimates and quotes.

• Supplier pricing: Choose a default supplier price for each resource and carry the supplier and price source into new estimates.
• Resource imports: Preview CSV imports before saving, recognise clearer column names, and review any new resource groups or suppliers that SiteHut will create.
• Supplier directory: See the resources and prices linked to a supplier and move directly between the Directory and Library.
• Quotes: More reliable line editing, consistent units and statuses, and clearer quote actions across desktop and mobile.
• Pipeline: Confirm the job name before turning an enquiry into a job and starting its quote.

The update also restores your last-used workspace more reliably after signing in and adds a permanent release-notes link beside the version checker in Help.

This beta update makes everyday commercial work quicker and clearer.

• Documents: Clearer PDF previews and a simpler flow for preparing and sending quotes, invoices, variations, and purchase orders.
• Purchasing: Improved order requests, supplier recipients, automatic project copies, and plant-hire scheduling controls.
• Finance: Easier-to-use quote, invoice, expense, order, and variation lists, including better mobile actions.
• Workspace settings: Clearer email and workflow controls, plus safer workspace renaming without breaking old links.

We’ve also included smaller reliability and usability fixes across the commercial workflow.

Snagging and developments​

• Snagging — defect register on each job under Construction → Snagging; statuses, assignees, priorities, library locations, and attachments
• My Work — Snags tab (assigned and awaiting review) and Add snag quick action
• Developments — scheme containers with plot jobs, development overview, contract rules at scheme level, and Mark as development for existing jobs
• Library locations — reusable location labels for snags (Settings → Library → Locations)
• Permissions — snags:read, snags:write, snags:manage, snags:close on workspace roles
