  • Unread activity: See where new comments are waiting and jump from a notification directly to the relevant conversation.
  • A joined-up project feed: Open record conversations in the main Activity view and return to where you were working afterwards.

  • Commercial position at a glance: See agreed value, cost exposure, invoicing or outstanding value, and forecast margin together.
  • Recommended next step: SiteHut now highlights the most useful commercial action based on the current stage of the job.
  • Focused attention: Review delivery failures, approvals, exceptions, and other items that need action from one clearer view.

  • Price and time certainty: Mark variation values as estimated, fixed, or not yet assessed, and record whether time impacts are estimated, definitive, or still unknown.
