This update introduces a controlled estimate review workflow and improves the way managers review team time.

  • Estimate approvals: Workspaces using Estimating can require a ready estimate to be submitted and approved by another authorised team member before it moves forward.
  • Flexible approver routing: Choose an approver while submitting, set a workspace default, or notify everyone with estimate approval rights. SiteHut prevents self-approval when another eligible approver is available.
  • Clear estimate statuses and actions: Estimates move through Draft, Pending review, Authorised, and Rejected states, with focused actions to submit, approve, return, reject, reopen, or hand off.
  • Actionable readiness checks: A compact checks panel shows blocking issues and warnings, then takes you to the affected estimate area so problems can be resolved before approval or budget freeze.
  • Approval notifications: Selected or eligible approvers receive an action-required notification that links directly to the estimate.
  • Clearer Team Timesheets: The team view now presents each member's submission status, logged hours, clocked hours, and any difference more clearly, with a mobile-friendly daily breakdown.
  • My Work polish: Quick-action tiles have clearer labels, stronger visual contrast, and improved touch feedback.

These changes add stronger controls around commercial sign-off while making weekly time review quicker on any screen.
