SiteHut 1.4.0

This update adds practical contract resources, makes customer feedback easier to complete, and improves the help experience.

  • Downloadable contract forms: UK workspaces can now find sample Word contracts under Library > Templates > Contract Forms, with options for homeowner or business customers, SiteHut or email communication, and plain-English wording where available.
  • Clear quotation wording: Each contract form includes a suggested line to name that form in a quotation, ready to copy. A clear notice must be accepted before each download because these samples are not legal advice.
  • Feedback that saves as you work: Feedback answers now save automatically, so you can close the form and continue later without losing progress.
  • Better feedback controls: Choose Remind me tomorrow, Save and close, or Dismiss forever, and reopen a saved response from the Help panel.
  • A clearer help centre: The documentation homepage and navigation now lead with common workflows, make mobile browsing easier, and separate product help from company and legal information more clearly.
  • Safer settings updates: Workspace settings now save only the fields you changed, reducing the chance that unrelated or older settings interfere with an update.

The contract forms are samples for England and Wales. Complete and adapt them for the job, and take appropriate legal advice before relying on them.
