This release brings public profiles and incoming enquiries together in a simpler setup.

  • A dedicated public profile editor: Build your profile privately, preview it, and publish only when it is ready. Updating a draft no longer changes the live profile immediately.
  • Better control over new enquiries: Choose whether your business is accepting new enquiries while keeping existing customer conversations available.
  • Enquiries without the full sales pipeline: New enquiries remain accessible even when the optional sales pipeline board is turned off.
  • Business contact details: Add a workspace telephone number and contact email for use across your public profile and customer journeys.
  • Workspace currency control: Choose a supported working currency before financial records or prices lock that setting.
  • Clearer customer conversations: Participating customers can review delivery date changes and provide verified job feedback from their secure conversation.

The new public builder discovery directory remains in a controlled pilot and will not appear publicly until it is enabled.
