Estimates can be copied and set aside, and job costs can keep a monthly record of the figures you reported.

  • Duplicate an estimate: Copy an estimate into a new draft, including its breakdown, locations, and payment stages. Approvals and commercial history stay with the original.
  • Archive without losing the record: Move an estimate to Archived and restore its previous status later. An estimate that supplies a live quote, a frozen budget, or the job’s plots stays available.
  • Monthly reporting snapshots: From Job Costs, save the current totals under a chosen month. Snapshots keep the reported figures and do not stop further entries. The starting budget still comes from freezing an authorised estimate.
  • Clearer controls on a phone: Job sections use a labelled switcher with icons. Timesheets and the visit planner give day selection, filters, and primary actions more room, and timeline actions stay reachable.
  • Job lists that keep up: Job pickers stay with the current workspace and can load further jobs. Clocking in uses that same list.
  • Security and platform maintenance: HTML sanitising, response compression, and the API framework are on current releases.

Existing estimates stay where they are until you archive or duplicate them. Saving a snapshot records the current totals for that month; it does not recalculate earlier months.
