Company controls are now easier to configure from the places where your team already works.

• Clearer company controls: Approval policies, regions, and job visibility now have focused settings areas with simpler guidance and immediate saving.
• Optional limited job access: Owners can choose whether members see every job or only assigned regions and jobs. Owners and administrators always retain access to every job.
• Review before applying: Member access changes show the jobs gained or lost and any pending approvals that need rechecking before the change is saved.
• Job-specific purchasing settings: Choose a job's region and purchasing policy directly from Job Settings, with inheritance from the region or company when appropriate.
• Simpler approval policy creation: Build ordered approval routes in a guided dialog with searchable people, roles, value bands, order types, and independent-approval rules.
• Approval updates stay in sync: Withdrawing or repairing an approval route now refreshes the related document and approval queue immediately.
• Safer purchase orders: Orders now identify missing units before submission and provide clearer guidance when a line needs attention.
• Security and platform maintenance: Core application and frontend dependencies have been updated, including additional protection for outbound requests.

Existing jobs keep their current approval settings until an administrator explicitly changes them. Turning on limited job access does not hide any jobs until a member is assigned restricted access.
