This release introduces optional company controls for teams that need more structured purchasing approvals and job organisation.

• Company approval policies: Owners and company administrators can publish ordered purchasing approval routes based on value, order type, named people, or roles.
• Independent approvals: Workspaces can require expenses, estimates, and purchase orders to be approved by someone other than the person who submitted them.
• Complete approval evidence: Review the submitted revision, each approval step, decisions, and route history directly from the Approvals queue.
• Safer route management: Administrators can repair a blocked approval route by assigning an eligible replacement, or withdraw a document for editing and resubmission, with reasons recorded.
• Project groups: Organise jobs into regions or divisions and assign group-level roles and approval policies. Access changes include a preview of jobs gained or lost before they are applied.
• More dependable approvals: Pending requests keep the policy and evidence captured when they were submitted, while current permissions and independence rules are checked again before each decision.
• Expanded integration coverage: The Developer API reference and downloadable OpenAPI and Postman resources now cover additional supported operations.

Company controls are optional and existing jobs remain on their current approval behaviour until an administrator changes them. Restricted project access is being introduced separately through a controlled rollout.
