This major beta update lays the foundation for a more connected estimating and commercial workflow.

  • Templates across workspaces: Quote templates can be copied from one workspace to another while the destination keeps its own branding and company details.
  • Job-based plots and house types: Enabled estimating workspaces can organise plots, house types, and shared construction phases within a job.
  • More structured estimates: Build estimates around locations, phases, work items, resources, quantities, and commercial review information.
  • Connected applications and invoices: Create clearer invoice applications from quoted work, with location and phase attribution carried into invoice sections and documents.
  • Commercial control foundations: New readiness checks, budget snapshots, bill of quantities generation, and cost reporting provide the groundwork for deeper project control.
  • Plot-aware delivery: Tasks, RFIs, snags, purchase orders, and reporting can carry plot context where the estimating preview is enabled.

This release also simplifies the underlying job structure and includes broader reliability improvements across workspace setup, authentication, document generation, and commercial records.
