This update focuses on stability and polish following the 1.0 launch.

• Safer file uploads: Interrupted uploads can recover without duplicating storage usage or leaving files stuck, and upload errors now provide clearer guidance.
• Smoother access previews: Switching into or out of a team member's view now refreshes permissions reliably and shows clear progress while the view changes.
• Clearer variation decisions: Client approval pages present the valid response choices for each variation, including a clearer quote-required route when a fixed approval is not available.
• More reliable final accounts: Agreed variation values stay in sync, forecast selections exclude invalid rows, and an empty variation register still shows the contract baseline.
• Fewer approval dead ends: A sole workspace member can send orders without creating an approval request that nobody else can action, while required job approvers remain enforced.
• Safer client updates: Internal snag records are no longer offered as source material for client-facing daily updates.
• Smoother public links: Public approval and shared pages move onto the latest app version automatically without showing an internal update prompt.

The release also includes layout, loading-state, document delivery, timeline, and error-message refinements across the app.
