Import Contacts

Import many customers or partners at once from a spreadsheet instead of typing each contact manually.

Open Directory import

Go to Directory → Customers or Directory → Partners and click Import in the page header.

Download template

Download the blank CSV template. Row 1 lists field keys; row 2 explains each column.

Upload CSV

Upload a UTF-8 CSV file with your data rows below the header rows.

Review and confirm

Check the preview for validation errors, then confirm the import.

Quick save from pickers

When assigning a snag, RFI, or project team member, type an unknown email and choose Save to Directory to add them without leaving the picker.

After import

  • Link imported customers when you create jobs.
  • Use imported partners when adding subcontractors to a project team or assigning doers on snags and RFIs.
