SiteHut beta 0.4.5

This beta update improves how workspaces are set up, how shared work is presented, and how important account decisions are handled.

  • Smarter workspace setup: New workspaces can select their type and receive a recommended starter pack based on their market, or continue with manual setup.
  • Clearer starter defaults: Onboarding now previews what a recommended pack contains, confirms when it has been installed, and keeps individual settings available for later refinement.
  • Consistent shared pages: Public invoices, orders, quotations, conversations, programmes, compliance requests, and lien waivers now follow workspace preferences for branding, dates, times, language, and currency more consistently.
  • Safer external access: Private links and public responses have stronger availability checks, clearer participant messaging, and more reliable activity records.
  • Better decision evidence: Quote responses and signed lien waivers now retain clearer consent details, with downloadable evidence available after a quote decision.
  • Recoverable account closure: Account and workspace deletion now include a 30-day grace period, clearer export access, and a secure recovery route before deletion completes.
  • Transparent terms updates: Updated product terms use versioned acceptance records, while users can still reach support, export their data, or close their account before accepting.

This release also improves date and time entry, project date handling, variation forms, workspace administration, and legal and lifecycle safeguards.
