This beta update improves variation recording for jobs using the simple workflow.

• Record client instructions: Builders can now record a variation instruction or request received from their client without needing client or Contract Administrator authority themselves.
• Clearer variation types: Each option now explains whether you are proposing a variation, recording one received from the client, or confirming a verbal instruction or request.
• Appropriate safeguards: The full variation workflow continues to apply its existing authority checks when formal instructions are issued.
