SiteHut 1.8.0

This update makes it easier to choose, understand, and configure the SiteHut tools your team needs.

  • Setup based on how you work: During workspace setup, choose needs such as crew timesheets, site material requests, plant hire, subcontractor workflows, or development estimating. SiteHut recommends the relevant tools without purchasing anything automatically.
  • A clearer setup summary: Review enabled tools, the recommended Solo or Team plan, optional Contractor access, and an estimated monthly cost based on current members, invitations, and storage.
  • Preview Contractor changes: Before adding or removing Contractor from an active subscription, review the next bill and ongoing monthly total, including tax and any prorated charge or credit.
  • Safer subscription confirmation: Pack access changes only after the billing provider confirms them. Pending changes can be refreshed without risking duplicate updates.
  • Keep access to existing records: If Contractor access ends, existing pack-related records remain available to review while new pack-only actions stay protected.
  • Complimentary packs stay complimentary: Workspaces with a permanent Contractor or Developments grant keep that access independently of billing changes.
  • Guided Contractor configuration: Once Contractor is available, direct setup links help workspace owners enable the right pages and configure ordering, timesheets, subcontractors, and team permissions.
  • Clearer pricing comparisons: The pricing page now separates core plans, optional packs, extra seats, and storage while showing the value of Team against an equivalent Solo setup.
  • Improved mobile controls: My Work menus now open as easier-to-reach bottom sheets, and mobile Timesheets has a compact clock control in the page header.

Developments remains in limited availability and cannot yet be added as a paid subscription.
