SiteHut 1.0.0

SiteHut is officially out of beta. This release improves project-level collaboration and fixes several commercial workflow details.

  • Quotes and invoices for collaborators: Project members can open the quotes and invoices their assigned role allows, without needing separate workspace membership.
  • Accurate material totals: Material order lines are no longer reduced to zero when an unused hire-duration value is present. Plant hire still multiplies correctly by duration.
  • Clearer approval guidance: Purchase-order submission now shows the actual error and explains when an approver's role must be enabled in approval settings.
  • Self-approval clarity: When you are the only available approver, the send dialog explains that you can submit the order and approve it yourself.
  • Detailed file audiences: File review cards now show the same audience detail as other project records, including selected people and team visibility.
  • Reliable audience labels: Audience details refresh when the record or selection changes and identify your own inclusion as You.

These changes make client and collaborator views more consistent with project permissions.
