SiteHut beta 0.2.5

This beta update strengthens commercial controls while making day-to-day project communication easier to manage.

  • More precise variation time: Record time impacts in both days and hours, with a configurable working-day length for accurate conversions.
  • Safer order call-offs: See the remaining quantity on each blanket-order line and prevent call-offs that exceed the available balance.
  • RFI activity in one place: RFI comments now use the shared activity experience, including unread counts, notifications, and direct links to the relevant conversation.
  • Clearer commercial privacy: Variation amounts and time impacts follow their own permissions, helping each project role see only the information intended for them.
  • Visible file privacy choices: Choose whether uploads are private or shared with the project, with clearer lock and shared indicators throughout the file area.
  • Focused job-cost reporting: Open job-cost reports with selected cost codes and see totals recalculated for that filtered view.

This release also improves variation terminology and layouts, site-team handover of instructed variations, mobile work registers, and the reliability of document and order workflows.
