This update makes contract and variation invoicing more flexible and easier to understand.

  • Bill agreed variations your way: Create an invoice for selected variations only, or include them alongside contract work.
  • Invoice what remains: SiteHut can calculate the remaining billable amount for contract work and agreed variations while skipping items that are already fully billed.
  • Safer billing controls: Variation claims are checked against their remaining value before an invoice is sent, helping prevent accidental overbilling.
  • Clearer invoice documents: Contract and variation sections are easier to distinguish, customer and project details are clearer, and shorter invoices use a more compact layout.
  • Accurate payment positions: Payments and outstanding balances are allocated across combined contract and variation sections for clearer final-account reporting.
  • More reliable client previews: Switching out of a team member's view is faster and no longer risks leaving the loading overlay in place after a failed refresh.
  • Smoother workspace checkout: Checkout for an additional workspace now opens without the creation dialog blocking interaction.

The release also improves scrolling cues and analytics reliability across the application and public website.
