This update adds a structured bill of quantities workflow for estimating and makes everyday time tracking clearer.

  • Reusable BoQ structures: Workspaces using Estimating can organise library work items under five consistent heading levels, from the main element through to the detailed item classification.
  • Classification carried into estimates: Importing a classified library work item copies its BoQ headings into the estimate. Individual estimate items can also be reassigned to a different detail heading.
  • Printable bills of quantities: Generate and preview a priced or unpriced BoQ directly from estimate reports, with grouped sections, page totals, collection pages, and a final summary.
  • Clearer library navigation: Switch between the work item list and BoQ structure, search the hierarchy, expand or collapse headings, and see each work item's full BoQ path.
  • Quicker clock-in access: When geo clock-in is enabled, My Work shows a dedicated clock action with the current job and elapsed time while a session is running. Manual time entry remains available separately.
  • More helpful settings: Locked geo clock-in options now explain what must be enabled first, and quick-action limits clearly tell you when another tile needs to be switched off.

Existing unclassified estimate items remain available and are placed under an Unclassified section when a BoQ is generated.
